If you've been in for treatment within the past 2 YEARS, you can book as a return patient. IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 2 YEARS, YOU MUST BOOK A NEW PATIENT VISIT, complete an updated intake form, and re-establish yourself as a patient here. If you're not sure how long it has been since your last visit, contact us and we'll be happy to look it up. Appointment will take about 50 minutes. Please arrive on time, wearing loose-fitting clothing that is easy to roll up to elbows and knees. We have contactless payment option available on our www.cas-olympia.com/payment. Cost of a return visit is $40-$55 sliding scale.
